Elizabeth Gemelli
Owner/PresidentElizabeth Gemelli is the Owner/President of Merwin and Associates Real Estate Services. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker and also Construction Manager for Cottage Homesteads USA. Elizabeth has been in the industry for 37 years! She enjoys the process of watching a house being built from the ground up and watching it transform into a home, along with helping people transition from one chapter of their life into another. She loves to be outside and admits that her new husband brought the Black Hills into her life. They are currently building a home in one of the 55+ communities in Elk River. Elizabeth has two grown daughters, four grandchildren and two great grandbabies who are the loves of her life. She and her husband reside in Sherburne County.
Leanne Field
Realtor/Transaction CoordinatorLeanne Field is a Realtor and Transaction Coordinator for Merwin and Associates Real Estate Services. She has been in real estate for four years and she wishes she would have started her career in the field sooner. Leanne loves hosting open houses, meeting new people and helping people with the home buying process. When she is not working, Leanne enjoys walking, reading, doing puzzles and spending time with her four grandkids. She also loves to travel and hopes to make it to Greece one day. Leanne resides in Brooklyn Park. 
Kitty Johnson is a Realtor for Merwin and Associates Real Estate Services, along with doing sales and also PR. She has been a part of the team for six years. Before getting into the real estate business, Kitty was a school teacher for over 20 years in Big Lake (she also graduated from there too!). Kitty’s favorite part about being a Realtor is working with people. She enjoys fishing, reading, traveling, trips to the casino and good food. Kitty resides in Elk River.Realtor/Sales/PRKitty Johnson
Michelle Kampa
Service Coordinator/Listing AssistantMichelle Kampa is the Service Coordinator/Listing Coordinator for Merwin and Associates Real Estate Services and has been with the company since 2016. In this role, Michelle coordinates all warranty and service requests for the new construction division within the company, along with MLS data entry and lots of paperwork. Michelle enjoys reading, painting, crochet and travel (Michelle is one of Beth’s favorite travel partners). Michelle resides in Zimmerman. 
Ivy Tuttle
Model Home Hostess/MarketingIvy Tuttle is the Hostess for the model homes with Merwin and Associates Real Estate Services. She is also Beth’s granddaughter! Ivy enjoys the performing arts, both on stage and behind the scenes. She is pursuing a career in the technical theater industry with her main specialties being scenic design and stage management. She hopes to bring a creative and welcoming presence to the model homes! 
Trevor J. Brown
Marketing Consultant Trevor J. Brown is a Marketing Consultant for Merwin and Associates Real Estate Services. Trevor has experience with creating and launching successful marketing campaigns, website and social media development and helping companies build their brand through organic growth strategies. Trevor is the Founder & President of Inherent Dream Production Company, based in central Minnesota. He created the Inherent Dream Podcast Network and is host of 763 The Local Morning Show, along with The Trevor J. Brown Show. He enjoys a good meal (buffalo wings and pizza are two of his favorites), traveling/road trips (Boston, Chicago, San Diego, North Shore and South Dakota some of his favorite places) and also is a huge fan of music (The Beatles are his favorite). He and his wife Lindsey reside in Zimmerman.
